James Dental Membership Program
The James Dental Membership Program, also known as the “Jim Membership,” makes it easier to get the routine dental care you need. For one annual fee, you’ll receive your preventive and diagnostic care along with a 10% discount on additional treatment.
If you don’t have dental insurance, the Jim Membership gives you a straightforward way to stay on top of your oral health while getting more value from your care.
Membership Plan
INDIVIDUAL
$400 Per Year
Our standard individual membership includes everything you need to maintain your oral health, including preventive and diagnostic services and a discount on additional treatment.
Preventive & Diagnostic Services
- Limited and comprehensive dental exams
- All dental imaging, including X-rays and scans
- Two routine dental cleanings per year
Treatment Discount
- 10% off office fees for additional dental treatment
FAMILY
$750 per year for the first two members
Families receive a $50 discount off the total household membership cost.
For example, two adults without periodontal disease would pay $800 with two individual memberships.
With a family membership, the same two memberships would be $750, saving your household $50 per year.
PERIODONTAL
$500 Per Year
For patients with periodontal disease, the periodontal membership includes everything covered under the standard $400 membership, with additional maintenance visits to support ongoing periodontal care.
Included Services
- Limited and comprehensive dental exams
- All dental imaging, including X-rays and scans
- Four periodontal maintenance visits per year
- 10% off office fees for additional dental treatment
*Initial Periodontal Therapy Is Not Included
Initial Periodontal Therapy (IPT), also known as scaling and root planing (SRP), is not included in the membership. IPT/SRP is considered a therapeutic treatment rather than a routine diagnostic or preventive service and is charged separately.
DEPENDENT CHILDREN
$100 per Child Added
Dependent children may be added for $100 per child. The applicable services are based on the membership plan that applies to each child.
